I don't know who needs to hear this but you can (and should imo) reduce the sleep deprivation by simply sleeping next to your baby with a boob out. It doesn't have to be complicated
I was 15 when Big Red changed horse racing. I know that the Belmont was incredible - but what Secretariat did on the 1st turn of The Preakness was nothing short of supernatural. To this day , watching him blow past other great horses as if they are standing still is unbelievable to watch. ❤️🇺🇸
On this Kentucky Derby day, here’s your reminder that Secretariat was faster than any horse who has ever lived. The year is 1973 and this is his track record run. Untouched for 53 years. The GOAT.
The USA bench view of Hughes’ golden goal is one of the greatest pieces of celebration footage ever. Trying to find it on here, if any of you have seen it on a post.
im not going to repeat all the research here but if you ever look into the research on cosleeping and breastmilk it's absolutely insane the connection the mother's body has with baby's. There were once the same body! Truly miracle stuff.
@paige_eden Co sleeping is the only way, especially if you breastfeed feed. Sleep training is traumatic for Mom and baby and you can never convince me its natural.
Not a parent yet, but from observing my friends and family, everyone who co-sleeps is like "this is fine! I'm a little tired but it's manageable " and everyone who doesn't is like "this is torture levels of sleep deprivation." True or False?
