@virginmedia Of course not. But is there anything which can be done regarding compensation for leaving her without phone, tv or internet for over two weeks?! She will now have to pay for extra data on her mobile, not to mention the inconvenience of having no tv or phone.
@virginmedia Yes and they have said they wouldn’t be able to reconnect it until the 19th. Which there is no point in doing seeing as she is cancelling on the 20th. So two weeks of no tv, phone or internet.
@virginmedia for the third time this year I’ve got no tv service - been going on for 3 days and had absolutely awful service on the phone. Please just tell me how I can cancel?!!!
