@patagonia I bought a down coat at a consignment store. It had two small paint (?) marker (?) stains on it. Can I still mail it in to be fixed with new fabric/get the stains out even though I didn’t buy it from you guys?

Hey @SouthwestAir wtf? Delayed flight missed connection. Booted my husband and 11 y/o nephew off a flight after they were seated now bumped to another flight 3 hrs later that’s already delayed. Gate agent says you can’t change flights, agent on the phone says you can. What a mess
