when we met with Duet Monsters, they were languishing at ~30 DAU after several months of Ronin support

within 24 hours we'd taken them over 1k DAU, and when the rewards were switched off D1 retention was 54%

Duet Monsters published 2 separate blogs on how epic this was, but when they reached out to Ronin for funding to support them further, they were told Tribally was not an option

we can't sit here and moan about a lack of stickyness and spending when we (Ronin) are telling games not to use products that do this

yeah, peeps will say Ronin has 10 years runway and Tribally could die tomorrow, but these are facts

some context:

- my handle is 50% Axie
- Tribally founders came to web3 because of Axie
- Tribally rec'd investment from SM founders
- Tribally was the 1st ever Community Partner to SM
- Tribally is a Ronin Ecosystem partner (although you didn't see us on the graphic for 12 months until Nix stepped in)

however:

- Axie/SM/Ronin haven't interacted with anything we've done on X since Phin left, despite us pumping volume for 10 games at once during our 1st P2A season

- the press campaign for us building the Merch Store was binned on the day it was due to go live

- you will never hear anything about our growth campaigns because they highlight numbers are fabricated (we took a game from 4k to 6k DAU in 24 hours whilst Ronin said they had 150k UAW)

- we built a social hub (our game spaces) on the understanding SM would back it fully, only for them to say our social product fragmented attention on X/Discord and they would not support it

- we built wagering contracts for SM, completed a legal review, deployed. did you hear about that?

i want them to win but:

1/ we need to understand why SM ghost us despite us being long standing partners. Nix is the exception. Behind closed doors one founder also supports us.

2/ the numbers are all BS and this has to stop
