@PumpSpy Received your email for more information and sent request …. Then no reply ! What is going on over there ? So far support is spotty at best ….. please let’s resolve this issue . My assumption is it’s a defective unit , else explain .

@PumpSpy my PumpSpy locked up . all lights were green , communications good and my main pump plugged into pump spy. Heavy rain and main pump and backup pump did NOT go off or run. I had to plug my main pump into house receptacle so it would work ! Pump spy never returned my call

@PumpSpy looks like PumpSpy PS2000 system locked up . That is during rain event , my main pump did not turn on and backup PumpSpy 1/2 HP pump did not turn on ! All LED indicators are/were green and no app errors received . Need support to call me , sent email.
