As we all watch the fraud and corruption being exposed by Elon Musk and Donald Trump at the federal level, it is important to know it also goes on at the state level.

Here in Alabama a lifelong friend of mine, attorney Beverly Barber appears to be a victim of our judicial system where she is actually being punished and brought to ruin for doing what she was initially hired to do which was to win a case for her client. The client chose not to pay her, so she employed legal methods to collect. She was owed a substantial amount for her efforts.

The client then obtained the services of another law firm and sued Beverly Barber. The court proceedings are described in detail in an article I will link, so I won't get into that here.

Beverly Barber reached out to me asking if I could help her to expose this publicly where it may see the light of day and to perhaps gain the attention of someone that can help and so I am.

She faces an impossible struggle where the system seems to have been weaponized to financially ruin her.

I can't tell you how this works or how you can be punished for winning but it is happening here. It is my hope that this feeble effort on my part will help her in some way. Beverly Barber is a good person and does not deserve this.
