@aedcelectricity Thank you much for your prompt response. However, on the 16th oct btw 10pm and 11pm, I made #50,000 purchase twice which also registered as a failed transaction on my app but got debited same way. Please can I have my monies back for these purchases for Thursday 16th October

@aedcelectricity after trying using 2 different banks , I realised the problem was from AEDC, the transactions were successfully but no token sent. Then I asked for a refund and im told its going to take 3 months or more. This is evil to say the list.

@aedcelectricity Pls what is happening to AEDC, after buying token we still have to call for it to be sent.The worst was when the app said the transaction failed and acc debited, afer waiting for a reversal that didn't come, not knowing that it actually went and token not sent
