Si encara no has firmat, pots fer-ho aquí: https://t.co/F05cKVzHjI

Whether cycling helmets are effective or not, is besides the point.
If you really care about the safety of cyclists, there are much more effective strategies that target the root of the problem!
"First thing you'll notice being in the center of Utrecht: it's a city of about 400,000 people, and it's almost perfectly silent because cyclists and pedestrians are the predominant forms of traffic."
DCE’s Chris Bruntlett was interviewed by @3sat: https://t.co/GirPlw3auh
Every dollar invested in cycling returns 20 or 30 in social economic benefits: reduced carbon, air and noise pollution, improved public health and less congestion.
Cycling brings benefits to everyone in a city, whether or not they get on a bike.
We've heard that many people are afraid of a range of animals. So, what if we add automobiles to the picture?
What should you target to effectively increase the safety for you and your loved ones?
🤔 Are all people responding with blaming the child middle-aged men? Is it because they fear to loose a privilege?
'We ask our children to behave like perfect adults, so that adults can keep acting like children. Our entire approach to road safety.'

Your periodic reminder that our priority is not newer cars. Our cities desperately need fewer cars.
'2023 was the year of the e-bike and not the self-driving car': https://t.co/m8sXXDRiTL
There are many ways to live, many ways to design a city. For some inexplicable reason, we've assumed that the car needs to be at the heart of it all. But it doesn't. Our lives can be so much more than the endless noise, cost, disruption, placelessness and hostility of car-oriented design. So much more.
Requiring helmets for those on #bikes is a way for #governments to appear to be concerned about #cyclist safety without doing anything meaningful to protect them.
@SportsOrla pushed back on criticism for not wearing a helmet while cycling in Amsterdam:

L’aire contaminat mata.
