@AerLingus , failed again. @aerlingusfailed had me on DM for a bit then said they would connect me with an agent…….. it’s been an hour. I’m sure they’re making money buy not hiring any agents or paying them so poorly that no one will work for them. Sorry agents, not yr fault

@aerlingus I would love to hear from other customers who were part of the disaster last week in Dublin that stranded passengers for a night or two. Anyone else having difficulty getting compensation from the airline?

Swiss Air has found my bag. Now they intend to fly it around Europe a little then maybe get it to me. The current plan is the have it land in Munich, a city I will not be visiting on this trip. #troubledswissairbaggage

#swissairluggagefail. Still no movement on my lost bag. Swiss air failure continues to send me to the local lost luggage office. All of these steps have been done and it’s all busy work on my part. No one is looking for the bag. The only responses I get are on Twitter #swissfail

Still no sign of my luggage from Swiss Air... Total fail on checked luggage with this airline. Almost no communication either. I now have to list everything that was in the bag. How many of us could list everything we pack?!

@FlySWISS Hi, I have and I’ve heard nothing. They are searching and searching but no notice of finding anything. No update other then still searching…. Did it get on the plane with me in Boston? Did it get off the plane in Zurich? I’m out of clothes and patience…..
