@SkyHelpTeam Unless the development or engineering team is going to entirely create the app again from scratch and actually make it good I don't think it will help. The Sky Go app has never been good and everytime I use it I experience a different error.

@HotelChocolat Your website also makes it confusing, it states no next to allergens in the table then below says may contain traces of them. If it may contain traces why wouldn't you just state that in the table? For people with severe allergies trace amounts is life or death.

@HotelChocolat my mum got your vegan calendar for my partner only to notice the allergen warning today. Why would you put the vegan/milk trace bit in bold but not the other trace allergen warning in bold? Vegans won’t die from consuming trace amounts of milk. Poor labelling.

@wagamama_uk We were physically at the branch yesterday when placing the order. Guests who were arriving to dine in were immediately asked if they had an allergy. Our party ordering for takeaway wasn’t asked and only advised once we mentioned the allergy. Is this taking allergies seriously?

@wagamama_uk just tried to get takeaway order for someone with an allergy from your Chichester brand and been told they can’t do it unless we eat in. There wasn’t any logical explanation? Why can’t you cater for allergies if the food is made in same kitchen???
