2 years in happy to report our 4 day work week resulted in 0 drop in productivity measured by story point velocity. It requires more work to insure we're working on something that matters, but that is time well spent. Also sticking with my 2-3 tweets a year cadence. #powertweeter

@stenpittet Wanted to dig into how to help align teams across OKRs. Sometimes hard for Dev to see Rev results in their work. Our OKR of "Build Great MVP" has obvious Rev implications, but looking for ways to build better connection across teams to help em feel more connected.
