@alli_ya7 Sickle cell complications vary from person to person. When I was much younger, I suffered crises more often even though I took prescribed medications, but slot of things could trigger it. The weather, the environment etc. But as I grew older, the crises has reduced significantly.

Most times I pick them when I see them and throw them far away thinking they won't come back 😞. Now I crush them 😭
