We're taking part in the Pudsey Games and hoping to raise money for BBC Children in Need. During the week commencing Monday 12th November we will be offering a number of free sessions, all that we ask is that a small donation is made at the the time of your visit.

World Diabetes Day - Wednesday 14th November - According to Diabetes UK, 12.3 million people in the UK are at risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. To support World Diabetes Day between 8.00am and 9.00pm we are offering free one to one consultations with our fitness instructors.

Youth Badminton Course - Tues 13th November to 18th December (6 weeks) . 4pm to 5pm beginners, 5pm to 6pm Intermediates / advanced. These one hour coached sessions aim to introduce and develop the skills, tactics and rules of Badminton. Course fee £21 members, £30 Non Members.
