Yes, almost impossible to get a hold of @rabbit_hmi sadly. I received my #r1 in June '24. But #rabbitOS cuts me off after three chats. Also insane to me that it's impossible to refer to past chats — they aren't saved to rabbitHole. To me, that's nuts!
