@AvantiWestCoast Thats a massive shame. Though the incident was through no fault of AWC, I would have hoped for a little more support. Will I ever see the day when the railways are nationalised again, then as customers, we wouldn't have to jump through so many hoops when things go wrong😭

@Christian2178 Once rebooted, this should send a fresh request ticket when you open mail app. It’s worth noting that iCloud mail has been suffering outages through out today if you have such an account. Good luck!

@Christian2178 Hi Christian, Give a hard reset of your phone a go, don’t worry you won’t lose any data. Press vol up then vol down and then keep hold of the power button on the right (all within 2 seconds). Don’t release the power button until the screen goes off and then the apple logo appears
