Attached herewith is a picture of an elderly man believed to be in his 70s.

He was brought to Langbasa Divisional Police Headquarters at about 2015hrs Wednesday 03/06/2026, by a civic minded commercial tricyclist.

He is hale and hearty but apparently suffers neurocognitive decline ie, dementia.

He can not remember his name, address or relatives and has no phone on him.

He also can not remember any phone number or useful information which may aid reunification efforts.

We are all by this notice, kindly enjoined to push his picture ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS in the hope that it may reach his relatives and or anyone with useful information about him.

In 2022, he promoted it heavily on Facebook and WhatsApp groups, promising investors high, low-risk returns such as 21% interest in 90 days or 6% monthly through “packages” like auto-cruise, real estate (estates in Enugu and Ibadan), forex, agriculture, and securities

He targeted retirees, workers, and faith-based followers, building trust by presenting himself as a clergyman and expert. Early investors sometimes received payouts (classic Ponzi tactic), but the scheme collapsed by mid-to-late 2022.

Oyor allegedly disappeared with investors’ funds, ignoring calls, emails, and messages. Victims (including retirees who lost millions of naira, e.g., N7m, N13.6m, or N1m each) reported being ghosted after he vacated his office and changed contact details. He was briefly arrested in December 2022 following complaints (one investor lost N100m and tracked him), but he faced no major repercussions and by 2024 was continuing his pastoral work as a “kingdom man” with gospel content online.

It caused widespread losses (one report mentions “1 million+ individual losses,” though exact totals are unclear).

Many Nigerians lost life savings, and as of the latest reports, affected investors have not recovered their money till today.

I bear this scar and pain for Jesus. This is the mark that I left darkness into light.

Although, after many surgeries, the medical complications are still there, but I will never go back from following Jesus.

I was in a church sharing my salvation experience, and after I have preached and about 300 hundred gave their lives to Christ, as I was coming out of the church, some people shouted, Pastor we need your help.

Unknown to me, they were angry Muslim who were bittɛred because of a growing number of people who are leaving Islam in my community in Gambia because of my testimony.

As I looked back, one of them poured a bucked of acid on my face, as I turned the other side, another one poured another bucket of acid and they were shouting:

"Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar".

My eyes were affected but not totally blinded. I am joyfully bearing the scars and the pain. That is the price I have to pay in following Jesus.

Brethren stood by me, they prayed for me, they took care of me. There is love in Jesus.

Please 🙏 pray that the Lord will heal my pains completely. Pray for my faith not to shake.

Although, they are still threatening me, but there is no going back from following Jesus.

The youth in 234 have been traumatized and need serious therapy (and jobs). We see glimpses of it here on X where people are paid to say anything for a pittance.
