I make a bill payment. Payment debite. But amount not credited to biller account. No response from customer service.
It seems a fraud.

@TheOfficialSBI is SBI Services not trustable. I make a bill payment on 27.04.24 by sbi unipay portal merchant confirmed me by mail that payment was successful to sbi upipay but payment not credited biller account yet.
No response was given sbi unipay customer support. Pl help

@BharatBillPay my refund issue not resolved by BBPS from a long time. He give me same reply many times that they are looking the matter. But my amount not received from 07.12.3023 and nor a responding by him any update.

I make a bill payment rs. 1000 on date 07.12.2023 by transaction ID AT313341B00043910106, but payment not successful. Refundamountnot received yet. I raised complaint, but no response. Bharat bill payment services not satisfied. Pl send me help line no.

@BharatBillPay No response was given by BBPS till now. My earlier refund not received yet from 07.12.2023.
Apart this my another's payment refund by transaction ID BBPS3296128923957692 not received.

@BharatBillPay Every time replied same, but no update or mail or any other response not giving by your team. Why so many delay from your team. You give me properly update otherwise I will complain regarding this to RBI cms portal or go to Consermer court.

@BharatBillPay How many time takes to resolved by you. This is too much time. BBPS customer services very poor. Not responding till now from 07.12.2023. There is no responseable person to look the matter. Public money not safe by transactions BBPS.
