@CromaSupport approved a refund for her Zip Care warranty on 26 Mar 2026
(Ticket: 774421146332). Nearly 2 months later, no refund. The OGeneral AC still malfunctions and trips the house power.
Multiple follow-ups, no resolution. Please act urgently
