@PawelHuryn Interesting list, Pawel. I’m wondering where you got the NSM for each of these companies. Did you make assumptions? Am fairly sure that fb’s NSM is (or at least was) DAU/MAU (ratio) for Engagement. They initially declared NSM as simply DAU but realized room for improvement.

@ptothebtothet Are you working as a product trio (PM/PD/Eng lead)? If an eng lead is part of your discovery, and you frequently share insights and the rest of the squad participates in discovery at times, then a robust kickoff session + repository is enough for them to write stories themselves.

@jseiden I think cheap experiments. Could be a fake door or Wizard of Oz experiment. Or a guerrilla test or a/b test. Tools that come to mind are: Maze, ProtoPie, Typeform, LaunchDarkly, and old school pencil and paper.
