@jigyasu_mayank@flipkartsupport@Flipkart Thank you, @jigyasu_mayank . Flipkart seems to have sold so many on their Big Billion Day that they forgot some basic services. I bought a fan so that it works and helps in hot weather, but Flipkart now has money, so why worry that's customer to worry.
@flipkartsupport When it was supposed to be done, it was not done by you. Now, when I have purchased it from somewhere else and don't want your product, you keep insisting on installation. Don't call me again to waste my time pls, but pls help me to return it (Just that help required)
@flipkartsupport , I am getting calls from your customer care who waste my 15 mins every time as they don't seem to know what has happened (in 2026, not sure how it's possible that your processes are not still smooth) and say we can help with installation now?

@flipkartsupport Thanks. I've shared the Order ID. Since I had to buy the same product from Amazon due to the installation delay, please arrange a return and refund. You may inspect the product during pickup to verify it's unused and in its original condition.

I sincerely hope someone within Flipkart understands the hardship caused to customers in situations like these and takes corrective actionβnot only to resolve my issue but also to ensure that this level of service is not repeated for others.
I never imagined that the service quality would deteriorate to a level where a βΉ4,000 purchase could result in losing a loyal customer for life. This is no longer about the cost of the product; it is about the complete lack of ownership, accountability, and customer-centricity.
Due to the delay in installation during this extremely hot weather, my child has been unable to sleep comfortably for the last three days. This entire situation could have been avoided had Flipkart simply coordinated the installation as promised.
What disappointed me even more was my interaction with a Senior Customer Care executive. Instead of understanding the issue and taking ownership, he repeatedly directed me to the standard "7-day product support" policy, which relates to damaged or defective products.
The executive assured me that he would help expedite the request.Despite this assurance, nothing happened.Left with no alternative, and after informing your rep about my decision I was forced to order the same product from Amazon simply coz my family could no longer wait
