And with 35% discount THE BILL WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 290 AED . My bill came 540 AED When i called customer care they said its security deposit of 150 and no discount on bill this month . While i was promised else

Last week i went to cover a story on alcohol shops in Srinagar and was alarmed by what I saw. Local and non-local men, including those over 40, buying bottles and drinking in their cars. Laborers even sit on roads drinking openly. Is this permissible in our city? Concerned for public order and safety. Requesting @RuhullahMehdi to intervene.
