I didn't get time to have a sitting with the mother and offer her some advice but she didn't take any action against that woman for reasons not known to me. About the kid's father, ain't even sure if she knows the kids father.

The lady is not well off,so she could only manage to take the child to a local pharmacy for dressing,and the pain for a woman is just roaming freely unbotherd. How the kid sleeps at night, shower,play,etc are questions that I find extremely hard to face.
