Hello #MedTwitter,
I participated in the previous #Match cycle but unfortunately went unmatched. I'm seeking advice on potential pathways to secure a #fellowship position.

My background:
• More than 5 years of clinical experience in internal medicine.
• #ECFMG certified.
• Completed #USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CK with good scores.
• Flexible regarding speciality choice.

I understand that Step 3 is often required, but I would greatly appreciate any recommendations for opportunities that may not require Step 3 at the time of application.

I would also value your perspective on reapplying to the upcoming residency Match cycle with my current credentials. Last cycle, I received 4 interview invitations but ultimately did not match.

Currently, I can't do USCE or step 3.

Any guidance, advice, or leads would be greatly appreciated.
