If you’re an ex athlete and feel lost?

This is for you.

I am a former Uconn/CFL athlete who is creating a community to help other athletes who are transitioning out of sports.

Honestly, don't understand how every creative/entrepreneur isn't up all night Vibe Coding their next big idea!

#VibeCoding #ideabrowser #Cursor

[O. @omar_fortt]

4 months ago: Door knocking 35 people/day, hoping for a deal

Today: Building an AI that finds deals while I sleep

The shift wasn't motivation.

It was realizing I was playing the wrong game.

Stop grinding harder in a broken system.

Build a better one.

[O. @omar_fortt]

Month 3 of building my AI app for CRE Brokers and I 90% done with MVP!

What used to take years to do, I am accomplishing in a few months by vibe coding and using Chatgpt cursor.

Right NOW, is the perfect time to make your crazy ideas come to life.

I am doing just that.

[O. @omar_fortt]

3 things I learned from 4 months of CRE:

1. Cold calling works, but only if you call the RIGHT people
2. "Networking" is code for "I hope someone throws me a deal"
3. The best opportunities never make it to LoopNet

They're seeing opportunities earlier.

That's the game.

@kaylanknit Love the visualization of this board! It’s keeps everyone competitive and accountable!

I’m creating @Prospexaiapp to help boutique retail teams like yours centralize your sales process all while showing you expansion ready businesses! Your feedback would be greatly appreciated!

[O. @omar_fortt]

I know what it's like to be the underdog.
I know what it's like to get cut.
And I know what it's like to build something from nothing.

So I built ProspexAI.

I'm here to build the future of deal sourcing. In public. With transparency.

Follow along. Lets disrupt this together.

[O. @omar_fortt]

I got fired from my first CRE job last week.

4 months in. Small boutique firm. Startup energy.
We just weren't the right fit.

But here's what I learned in those 4 months: ↓

An AI that finds deals FOR you.
Tracks businesses ready to expand.
Identifies retail opportunities before they hit the market.

I'm not a CRE veteran.
I'm a former D1 football player (UConn) who got a shot with the Jets and Dolphins.

Your process may be messy, but your mess will become my message.

I just want the Holy Spirit to lead me forreal. I wanna be more & more like Christ every day. New me otw & I’m proud to say that! Being a child of the Most High is acknowledging that I NEED Jesus to be forgiven & to be guided IN the right direction. Embracing the journey 🙏🏾 AGTG
