@NewAge_Nigeria Hello, @NewAge_Nigeria good morning. I learned drywall uses more durable, mould and fire resistant materials. Plus it’s faster to build with, I’m just wondering why it’s not a common process for building homes in Nigeria. As an expert in the field, what’s your take?
With this attitude I can never consider their services anymore. Customer service in Nigeria is an after thought in most organizations which is why they give mediocre service and pay the agents shitty salaries. 3/3
I’ve never had any good customer service experience with any brand in Nigeria not even the big names. They’re either clueless and rude or utterly useless. We can do better.
Someone from @DStvNg called me yesterday 1/3
I ordered 7000 packs of an item from a Nigerian brand. I asked for a discount as the amount quoted was the retail amount. Their response: ‘I do not want to sound arrogant, but 7000 is not up to 3 hours work in our factory. No discount.’
I ordered 5,000 from a Chinese brand. I asked for a discount. They said ‘Give us a 5 star review and we will give you $100 discount’
Make of this what you will.
They wanted to know why I haven’t made any subscriptions lately. I told them I don’t use their services anymore, the lady didn’t even try to get any feedback on how they can improve, she just hung up. What I get here is DStv as a company doesn’t care about their users. 2/3
@instablog9ja@OPay_NG you should disable your live chat, your agents are rude and clueless. I explained my issue very clearly but your agent was teaching me how to make a transfer in the app. That wasn’t even related to my problem.
How do I close my account and withdraw my balance?
@gtbank and @UNIONBANK_NG I made a transfer on June 7th that was not received. Your customer service agents have been tossing the beneficiaries and myself around. I will take legal action if you don’t resolve this issue within 24hrs.
Even your official twitter help isn’t useful
I don’t wish to be disrespectful because you are in a noble profession but with all due respect you do not represent what a lecturer stand for. Show some compassion to the family of the deceased and take this post down. There are better ways to express your opinion.
Speaking about business, if indeed you are a CEO, then you know how difficult the Nigerian business climate is. Not everyone is cut out to be an entrepreneur, everyone has what they like to do, and because they can afford to pay for employment favor isn’t a bad thing.
It’s the nature of our country, you graduate and can’t find gainful employment. You’re a lecturer, but apparently you don’t impart knowledge, people asked you for business ideas that 3M could start and you don’t even have any to share. You reclined to throwing shades, seriously?
Dr. This post is insensitive. Someone lost his life and all you can say is this? If you have nothing good to say, please keep quiet.
I’ve seen your condescending response to everyone who challenged your opinion. That’s not how a “lecturer” should behave but what do I know?
Kanada 3M kana neman aikin Gwamnati a Nigeria, are you for real? Nigeria that has lots of Bussiness Opportunities Haaaa. Why are we always going for high things. Chaii Allah ya kyauta
These policy looks great, the positives can only be achieved if they don’t sabotage the strategy themselves. A lot of the time, the government has good policies on paper but the implementation takes a different route. This has been repeated countless times in this country.
Okay, CBN increases MPR rate and guys are asking question to what does that mean.
No be say I no wan explain am, I go finish writing my english someone will say na just theory😂😂
No wahala, for the sake of learning purposes, let's look at what the numbers below are
