@LloydsBank @LloydsofLondon is a very useless bank, been with them over 10 years and I’m very happy to close my account now. Very incompetent with their dispute process. I’ll never recommend Lloyds bank to anyone

@LloydsBank The last thing I heard was the dispute will be closed meanwhile @LloydsBank have failed to look at the evidence I’ve been sending for the past 4 months. None of this has been acknowledged in the emails sent to me. I’ve repeated myself over and over again.

I’m sick of @LloydsBank whenever I raise a dispute I always feel like closing my account with them. They never have the interest of the customer, the dispute resolution process is very weak. I’ve spent 4 months on one dispute, ridiculous.
