Guysss, 2 of my PRs just got merged into NestJS

1. SSE streams froze silently on bad data. Now they fail cleanly.
2. A rejected WebSocket connection could crash request-scoped gateways.

Fixed. Found both by reading the source.

You run a news app.

Homepage is cached for 5 minutes.
50K requests/sec and the DB barely notices.

But every 5 minutes, DB CPU spikes to 100% for a few seconds.

No deploys. No traffic spikes.

What's happening?

@tanujDE3180 Not always needed. But they help when IDs get created in more than one place nd they don't leak how many users you have.
