Guysss, 2 of my PRs just got merged into NestJS

1. SSE streams froze silently on bad data. Now they fail cleanly.
2. A rejected WebSocket connection could crash request-scoped gateways.

Fixed. Found both by reading the source.

@code_bytein Send the response right after the comment is saved nd let a background job handle the rest. Just removing the awaits isn't enough though, a crash would lose them.

@Corporate_CJP Yeah. They were so focused on expanding their product horizon that when AI suddenly took off, they struggled to catch up and execute at that level.
