@JioCare Jio can't schedule an engineer to fix my internet cable. The automated service says they can't schedule visit for technical reasons. Will Jio automatically schedule an appointment when one become technically available or do I need to call ad infinitum? Thanks in advance.

@reliancejio @JioCare Your egineer scammed me for Rs 1000, I still do no have a ST box (6 weeks) Ser. Req. says "resolved". Now a monkey has chewed through the cable and I can't get a scheduled appointment for "technical issues" I can DM number.

@letsblinkit Hey why not employ delivery guys that know how to read a map and follow directions? 7 min delivery took nearly 2 hours. And the guy cops attitude when he finally gets one block away. Had to collect myself. May as well go to the shops at this point.

@JioCare I finally managed to escape the automated system, speak to a human and set up a service request. Hopefully this time it will get resolved. (unlike the last two service requests which were prematurely closed. Would advise Jio not to hire scammers in the guise of engineers.
