We are Sec PI-1, Gre. Noida have been facing frequent power outages since morning. Electricity comes for 10 mins then goes off for hours. Pls treat this as urgent, deploy your someone to restore a stable power supply immediately.

I personally called 0120-6226666 multiple times. After waiting in the queue for a long time, the call gets disconnected without any response.

@MyLloydCare360 The technician who visited did not have the necessary equipment such as a pressure pump, and he did not properly clean either the indoor or outdoor unit. When I questioned the quality of service, he mentioned that “free service is done like this only.

This response and the level of service are unacceptable. Even if the service is free, it should be performed professionally and up to company standards. Im extremely dissatisfied with this experience and request that a proper re-service be done promptly by a qualified technician
