I am having the worst experience with @TurkishAirlines. First they lost my bags, did not get them for two days. No one answered at the airport. I had to pay myself to get my bags shipped from airport to hotel.

Now, they cancelled my Istanbul Stopover Hotel without ever informing

I found out that my hotel was cancelled AFTER I got to the hotel and the hotel informed me. I paid for my ride to the hotel, a total waste.

I am traveling with elderly women who can barely walk, they’ve been going through hell this whole trip due to the horrible experience by @TurkishAirlines.
