@Airbnb The host cannot reasonably expect me to sleep in a place that is not fully secure and simply wait until the next day for them to “try” to fix an issue that should have been properly addressed prior to check-in. This is a basic and widely understood safety protocol @Airbnb #airbnb

According to Airbnb, a balcony door that does not lock or properly secure the unit is somehow not considered a safety hazard. However, this situation is not only unacceptable, it is potentially life-threatening. An unsecured balcony door leaves the entire unit vulnerable @Airbnb
