@Teamsters @TeamsterSOB It shows us the two tier wage system. Hired before 8/1 you get a raise. Date after 8/1 you don't. Well technically I'll get a raise for 10 days every year. My brother driver hired in July will make 26.50. I'm hired in Aug. I'll make 25 👍👍fix this @TeamsterSOB @Teamsters

@TeamsterSOB @Teamsters Still two tier progression. Drivers in progression with a seniority date before 8/1 paid more. Drivers with seniority date after 8/1 paid less. Fix this please. Progression should be % or GWI should be applied to progression not seniority @TeamsterSOB @Teamsters @UPS

So with our new TA after viewing the "wage calculator" provided by @Teamsters. I understand why the @UPS agreedto the GWI for people in progression. My seniority date is 8/10 so I am currently making 21.50. on 8/1 I get a 2.50 increase to 24.00 from 8/1-8/10

@TeamsterSOB @Teamsters Driver with date 7/31. On 8/1/24gets another +.75.= 31.50. me on 8/1/24 +.75= 30.75. it's a two tier system for the majority of drivers in progression @TeamsterSOB @Teamsters #teamster #ups
