@British_Airways Hi team, I reported it already 3 days ago, on Saturday but no news. The delayed report page says my bags are found, being forwarded to my delivery address, it’s under this status for 2 days now … the BA baggage service in Mexico City doesn’t answer to the phone…who can I call ?

@British_Airways my luggages are delayed for 48h+ now and no news. tried online page, no info, calling ground luggage service, not picking up, and the chatbot doesn’t understand my request… can I talk to someone about my luggage ? I was on BA0243 in First class
