So far, this has been the highest-intensity friendly I've watched. It honestly felt more physical than a typical Premier League game, with plenty of unnecessary fouls making it quite an ugly watch.

Truffert combined really high up the pitch and had two very dangerous shots from inside the box. So far, he's been the most advanced defender I've seen this pre-season.

Scott was fortunate not to be sent off, it easily could've been two yellow cards in a competitive match. That aside, he had a very good game. Took the left-sided corners while Tavernier was on the right, with both aiming inswingers towards the far post, although the delivery wasn't great.

Petrovic conceded at his near post. Both he and the young defenders could've done better.

Tavernier was probably the worst player on the pitch for the opening 20 minutes, then the best over the next 25. He had a good free-kick effort and generated the highest xThreat in the team.

Diakite looked very comfortable on the ball and impressed me even without taking his goal into account.

Kluivert took one free-kick but generally looked out of shape.
