A couple @WARDOGS balance ideas for S2:

1. Exploding a spawn vehicle should pay more the longer it's been up, or the more people spawned from it.

2. You should get a % of the positive net cash by any player, vehicle, or station you fully take out (they give up.) Add it on top of the bounty system/baseline reward.
