@thekriskay @teamhumanity528 There’s nice areas that are a 20-30 min drive to downtown Dallas and Fort Worth that are pretty nice and not very expensive. North of Dallas is nice but more expensive. Areas like Arlington/Mansfield can be pretty nice and cheaper.
