Ordered a table from @IKEAIndia it arrived damaged. Raised a return request on 22 Nov & was given a pickup date of 1 Dec;still not collected. Refund stuck, damaged table taking up space for 10+ days & my travel plans are getting affected. Customer care keeps saying “24–48 hours.
