@TurkishAirlines worst airlines ever. They took my money and didn’t give me the miles or the service i paid for. They scammed me. Terrible customer service and no action when customers make a feedback or a complaint. Never ever would use them again.

@TK_HelpDesk All the words and expressions of emotions are useless if no actions are taken for days while you already taken my money. Simple customer service basic rule is at least you connect your customer to the department of concern to help. If the call center can’t help, why to have one.

@TK_HelpDesk I have many feedback reference numbers, that whenever i call customer service they tell me it’s another department you have to wait and they can’t help in it. Not sure why you creat a call center if there are other departments that they can’t help in sorting their issues.
