@Daniel27686492 Depends on what Gate did, did they provide a txid? In general ERC20 and BTC Omni are not compatible so unless Gate incorrectly converted the ERC20 address to BTC Omni they would not have been able to actually send a tx. In which case they should just credit your account back.

We have no control over any tx or its confirmation speed. That is entirely controlled by blockchain miners.

They prioritize a tx based on its fee with respect to the fee of all other txs waiting in the mempool.
