This is what "saving the environment" looks like.

Stripped topsoil, cleared forest, and destroyed grassland.

Trees, forests, wetlands, and grasslands remove more excess carbon from the atmosphere than anything else on planet earth.

If these solar complexes were only 10 acres in size, I wouldn't be posting about them.

Commercial solar is the least dense form of energy available to us. It's taking out thousands of acres at a time. Upstate NY is being swallowed whole.

And what nobody seems to mention is that to be human is to appreciate and admire beauty. Nothing is prettier than nature, landscapes, and pastoral views.

Look at this video. It's hideous brutalism sprawled in every direction.

@ayawire73 @FanMilak Yes! The camera operators were non-swimmers: showing toes on the block at the time of the whistle was maddening! Every once in a while they forgot and you could actually see the techniques and reaction times.
I hope, the Worlds in BP will be in great cameramen's hands again.
