I don’t know why you people don’t talk about @StanbicIBTC , they are the most useless bank in Nigeria right now. Poor customer service(it seems they underpay those guys), their account officers are poor and not willing to work.

My problem started when I opened a corporate account with them (Acct Number: 0048482481), it took them a month before they could finish my application, the account was basically for my staffs salary and in over a month.

I saved 734k for my staffs. February ending while wanting to pay salary, I noticed I couldn’t even make transfer out and I reached out, I was told my account was frozen and they would rectify it, since last month I kept calling their customer service.
