Dear first bank team. How long does it take to whitefish USSD . I've been to first bank ojodu berger branch on two occasions just to activate back my ussd. Still not done yet

My sister has been having issues terminating her policy since February.
We were in Marina headoffice twice and also Mushin branch (domiciled branch) to get this resolved all to no avail.
