@tweethue They are connected to the same power supply but we have tried different sockets outside, we have about 6 and one of them is working (works in all the sockets we try and the ones not working don’t work in these same sockets).

@tweethue We have already tried changing the ZigBee channels over the past few weeks, about 3 times. They don’t turn on when you unplug them/ plug back in.

@tweethue Did that earlier, we have a wifi booster connected and it was initially connected there via Ethernet. Moved it to the modem via Ethernet and it was disconnected for longer than 30 seconds during that time
