Every product decision is a balance between "what's good for the users" and "What's good for the business"

Quick reminder:

Your "MVP" is the smallest version of your product that proves that you are solving a real problem.

You don't have to do too much before launching that product. Build your MVP(Minimum Viable product) and improve from there.

As a Product manager, I built my first automation for my product team.

Problem: I would sometimes forget to remind them about meetings.

Solution: Built a workflow that auto-sends reminders.

A product is a problem solved, repeatedly, with less issues and maximum clarity.

Don’t chase more features.
Chase better outcomes.

Innovation is solving the right problem in a way the user didn’t expect but deeply values.

Most “new features” are noise.

Real product strategy is saying no to 100 good ideas so you can say "yes" to the right one.
