Men, it's okay to talk.
Talking is not a sign of weakness. It's a step towards strength.
This June, let’s break the silence around men’s mental health.
Sometimes, what a man needs is someone to listen.
Be present. Be patient. Be a safe space.
#MensMentalHealth#BreakTheSilence
To every father, brother, son, and friend: We see your silent battles. We stand with you.
Let’s encourage the men in our lives to seek help and support, and to prioritise their well-being.
Strong men ask for help. Stronger men accept it. #MensMentalHealthMonth#SupportOurMen

National Association of Seadogs, Panama Deck (Ikeja) partnered with the Wi-Care Lekota Foundation for #InternationalWomensDay in a live radio programme on Naija Fm 102.7, Lagos.
The discussion centred around supporting women's rights, empowering widows worldwide, and promoting gender equality. It also touched on the harmful cultural and traditional practices that affect women, including widowhood practices and gender-based violence.
National Association of Seadogs - Jolly Rogers Deck (Ibadan), in conjunction with African Women Lawyers Association (AWLA), celebrated #InternationalWomensDay by conducting a town hall meeting with market women at Aleshinloye Market.
As we celebrate #InternationalWomensDay, the Pyrates Confraternity recognises the incredible strength, resilience and achievements of women around the world, especially those, who, have not only broken barriers but have also paved the way for future generations.
Women have played significant roles in shaping societies, economies, and politics globally. Their contributions to governance, business, science, education, and activism have brought about transformative changes, even in the face of systemic inequalities.

As we gather around our tables in feast this season of Yuletide, we remember the downtrodden, indigent and disadvantaged citizens in Nigeria and across the globe who are unable to meet their Christmas needs.
We reaffirm our commitment to upholding human dignity, and combating the ills militating against the attainment of an egalitarian society where no one is a victim of colour, race, gender, ethnic origin, belief, social status, creed or other discriminatory factors of a similar nature.
