its most likely a fail switch for the user. if they forget to use your service/or just not interested anymore. they dont have to unsubscribe and apple cant charge them

if this is the case then its very smart of them

@jackfriks this is absolutely true! i’m saying for some apps you won’t see a quick progress in 90 day. Set a 5-6 months expectation to get you prepared mentally and emotionally
