@dmgbnagar @MedhaRoopam Yesterday, two children were trapped in the lift of Block 23 at Kendriya Vihar 2, Sector 82, Noida. These lifts have been installed by ECE, which have been given a clean chit by the ADM, Finance for the reason best known to him. Very sorry state of affairs

@noidafire @fireserviceup All 120 buildings at Kendriya Vihar 2, Sector 82, Noida have a height of more than 15 metres, 96 blocks have 15.50 m height and 24 blocks have 18.50 m height. There are gross violations of fire safety norms in these buildings. CFO is requested to check.

@dmgbnagar @MedhaRoopam Respected Ma'am, despite the AD (Electrical Safety)'s recommendation, no action has been taken against ECE by the administration or by KV-II BOM. Today, a Block 63 lift suffered a free-fall with a resident inside. Immediate intervention is urgently needed.

@dmgbnagar @MedhaRoopam Assistant Director, Electrical Safety, GBN has proposed three actions against ECE company vide his letters dated 26-05-2026. Copies of letters marked by DM for ADM Finance on dated 08-06-2026, but the proposed actions have not been materialized till date.

@dmgbnagar @MedhaRoopam Complaints of malfunctioning of the lifts installed by ECE at Kendriya Vihar 2, Noida are being sent to you regularly, but no action against the ECE company and BOM of the society has been taken till date. AD, ES also has proposed action against the ECE.

@dmgbnagar @MedhaRoopam Fire Safety Switch has not been provided in 96 lifts at Kendriya Vihar 2, Noida, which is mandatory in buildings of height more than 15 m. It seems that Asstt. Director, Electrical Safety has obtained some illegal gratification to issue NOC for these lifts

@dmgbnagar @MedhaRoopam DR Societies appointed CA Ravinder Kumar to investigate Kendriya Vihar 2, Sector 82, Noida under section 24 of Societies Registration Act 1860. Instead of giving records, BOM issued two legal notices to the CA to jeopardize the process of investigation.

@dmgbnagar Besides continuous complaints of ECE lifts malfunctioning at Kendriya Vihar 2, Sector 82, Noida, employees of ECE caught red handed plucking jamuns during duty hours instead of looking after defective lifts installed by ECE. This shows how sincerely they are working.

@dmgbnagar Block 26 lift malfunctioning at KV-II, Noida. Asst. Director, Electrical Safety has already instructed the Board of Management to lodge an FIR against the ECE company, but they are reluctant to comply. Both seem to be aligned with each other. Please take cognizance.

@dmgbnagar @CMOfficeUP @UPGovt Block 56 lift installed by ECE is malfunctioning since its installation. ECE has installed 120 substandard, defective and unsafe lifts at Kendriya Vihar 2. Registration of ECE has been done by Directorate of Electrical Safety, Lucknow to work in UP.

@dmgbnagar @CMOfficeUP @UPGovt Lift of Block 63 is not opening on 2nd floor at Kendriya Vihar 2, Noida. These are brand new lifts installed by ECE. Lifts are unsafe and don't follow the provisions of Lift Act. ARD not working and residents get trapped in these lifts frequently.
