They just kept giving automated bot replies and not helping me even after giving ownership proofs! They always give vague replies. Mentally harrassing their users! I've submitted alot of times but they close it

I am locked out by a deleted 2FA app. My tickets keeps getting closed. I don't have a mainstream store receipt because the game was a gift key, but I have full access to the registered email address. Please let me verify ownership via an email confirmation link

@GetSmytten @GetSmytten you closed my case without resolution.I received 1 item out of 5. Your label says 1.3kg, but the box didn't has 100-150gm product. Your own tracking shows "package details changed by shipper" multiple times. I want my ₹269 refund, not points. Stop ignoring consumers!

@GetSmytten In the box level it is written 1.3kg but the actual weight was also very very light , Initially I doubted but i thought why should a company will do any scam with such small things. I think just because i purchased trail products I got scammed! please escalate and refund me!

@GetSmytten And also why you don't have any customer care number to call ! I wanted to call your customer care instantly but you have very lengthy email based customer care so i then forcefully tried to contact you In X ,You can see I never post any fake claims okay!!!
