Shocked at how @HDFC_Bank closed my fraud case without even basic due diligence. The matter is still under investigation with RBI Ombudsman, yet HDFC brushed it off. Other banks are handling similar cases with proper checks.

When you have been following up with @airtelindia for the past 2 years for a better network and finally decide to port and @airtelindia is unable to reach out to you to convince you not to owing to their shoddy network. Karma is a bitch !
